FYA I would like to bring to your attention that I am one of your permanent customers who is really fascinated with your high quality products and I used to encourage my colleagues to go ahead with your products than any other ones available in the markets. Unfortunately, today when I opened one bundle I found an insect which looks like a cockroach attached to the rim of one of the cups and all my colleagues had a look at it. What a shame.     A family living in your family residence in makarona is not an employee of your hospital thus making one flat crowded. Such situation is happening without your office knowledge.
